Neil Mirchandani

Managing Director

Neil has been in the special events industry for 17 years. At age 15, he began DJing weddings. After just a few years, he formed a company called Sketch Sound Productions which encompassed DJing, lighting, and A/V equipment primarily for weddings. In 2010, Neil spun off Sketch Sounds into Luxury Lounge & Lighting. He rapidly grew LLL into the Southeast's largest lounge décor and event rental company, boasting over 30,000 square feet, 2 locations, and nearly 1,000 events under his management annually. In 2017, Neil arranged the acquisition of POHP Event Rentals, which is now under his management along with LLL. Today Neil spends his days running operations at Luxury Lounge & Lighting and POHP Event Rentals. Neil has been a hired speaker for three large companies and five universities in the past 2 years. He also spends time consulting for a handful of industry professionals. On weekends, you'll find Neil MCing special events, which has been his passion for years!

Monica Jackson-Burel

Director of Marketing & Sales

Monica has spent 15+ years in the event industry as a renowned wedding and corporate planner. She successfully ran Extraordinaire Affairs for years before coming on board with LLL. Monica has a keen eye for detail which helps her execute a wedding of 200 guests or a corporate event of 1000 guests. You'll find Monica working around the clock to make sure her clients are well taken care of. Since 2015, Monica has been an integral part of growing LLL with her strong client & vendor relationships and extensive industry knowledge.

"P" Pawan Nainani

Venue Sales Manager

P has spent most of his career in retail sales and joined LLL in 2015 as a private events DJ. He was originally brought on due to his solid DJing skills of 5+ years along with his phenomenal customer service. P grew many of his relationships in just a couple years and came on board full time with LLL in 2017 as the Sales Manager for LLL's 6,000 square foot special event venue. P manages social events for the venue during the week; and every weekend, you'll find DJ P at a large private event rocking the turntables.

Benjamin Garcia

Lead Event Technician

Ben originally joined with the founder of LLL before the company even existed! Over the years, Ben gained extensive knowledge of the event production and rental business. He quickly adapts to the ever changing ways of the event industry, learning new inventory, how to service the quick turn around in the film industry, how to fulfill the requests of corporate and wedding clientele, all with a calm approach. Ben spends his days between LLL's 2 warehouses, usually preparing the team for events. You can find Ben handling lighting design or leading a handful of events on weekends.

Pietro Rojas

Peter joined LLL in 2014 with a background in specialty construction. He quickly learned the demands of the event business and found it enjoyable. Peter became the lead at LLL's venue for social, corporate, and wedding events while also handling events off premises. LLL's clients love Peter's accommodating nature as well as knowledge of inventory. Today, Peter leads over 100 events a year for LLL!

Brandeis McGuire

Brandeis came on board with LLL in 2017. Her ability to organize and plan helps the entire LLL team stay on track. From coordinating the schedules of events to managing inventory and invoices, Brandeis handles it daily! Her ability to multi task in the office and handle the requests of our staff as well clients is unparalleled. The LLL team depends on Brandeis to make sure all daily activities are coordinated, and she never fails the team!
